Cristal Amaken Hotel Riyadh

Nice, Clean, but a little bit far from the city and the airport

Nice and clean with spacious room and all amenities

the big bath tubs

Breakfast was the same every other day But the good thing was i was able to order hamburgers to change it up

Hotel is clean and excellent facilities provided; breakfast was superb. Staff is also polite and good.

Location is close to industrial area, I chose this so next morning could travel to Makkah easily. Those looking for hotels inside Riyadh city, this will not be a good option. Price seems to be on higher side in terms of value for money.

Need tax invoice

When i asked for invoice they told me that they cant provide invoice, as we are planning regularly for the business purpose how we can claim our expense without tax invoice.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming

Clean rooms and very good resturant

Very close to industrial area - strictly for business travel otherwise location is suitable for leisure

Food is not good at all.Breakfast was ok dinner and lunch was not good

Hotel is well presented with good facilities, room size was adequate and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff extremely helpful.

I visited second industrial city at Riyadh in a business trip and was advised to reserve in this nice hotel in the second industrial city at southern side of Riyadh city. It’s really good hotel and the stuff are friendly but it’s location is suitable only for second industrial city visitors

best breakfast in riyadh, and the prices were accessibel for a la carte dining.

there were small stains on my bedsheet that were not caused by me. The sheets were clean but the optics of the stain were the only minor thing.

Good but can be better.

Reception Staff at checkout needs more training before they face customers.Price was too much for a 4 star hotel.Breakfast menu needs improvement.

clean and spacious

digital keys always get disconnected and need to go down to activate

Excellent location for business traveller Clean ,nice and comfortable hotel

House keeping and desk staff are too slow Add some more Indian vegetarian dish for food

The staff was nice

Expensive and noisy

Location if your office or meetings are in industrial area and cleanliness

The staff and its awareness and commitment towards customer service is a bug disappointment. 1 meal can be messed up by the restaurant staff but three meals in 3 Nights stay are messed up speaks a lot about the level of service this hotel management is committed towards. On top of that no one is available to address the concerns or even come out including the hotel manager.

Poor

Infected water (brown color) coming to the room

Location near my office

The Invoice description as well as charges for drop off service for Riyadh Railway station was same as for the International Airport. The attendants at restaurant never ask for a coffee at the table during breakfast. Even if you ask for an omelette this will not be served to your table. This is quite an awkward thing.

Good

they kept the snacks and the drink i thought it was in the package but it was paid. this just scam with the people. later you need to pay high amount than the actual and it was not worth it. they kept 2 small water bottle which is not sufficient. i never experience this any of the GCC hotels. the mini bar is just a scam.

Clean and comfortable

Prices for food are expensive

Breakfast was good, but missing coffee machine. One of few hotels in my traveling experience not to have a coffee machine for fresh coffee

No coffee machine at breakfast area
